To insure your order is received by 12/24/18, please note the following shipping schedule for the 3 ship methods we offer:
For ground shipping, please order by Friday, 12/14/18
For 2-Day shipping, order by Wednesday, 12/19/18
For Overnight shipping, order by Thursday, 12/20/18
Orders with standard shipping method ship free! Please note that our standard ship method may vary depending on the order and customer address. We ship from California, so depending on your location, orders may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Orders received on weekdays after 2PM PST or on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders to PO Boxes
For orders sent to PO boxes, we are only able to ship via USPS.

Warranty PolicyPurnellgear.com Warranty Policy
Purnell will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion if the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care. Purnell warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit nor does it cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Any alteration to the product will void warranty. Warranty is valid against defects in material or workmanship for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Purnell’s decision to replace or repair a product is made only after receipt of the defective product. If an identical replacement product is no longer available, our Purnell Customer Service team will discuss with you a replacement option with a comparable product. Valid proof of purchase must be presented with all claims for warranty services.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returned purchases within 30 days of your order. All we ask is that you send us the returned items in original, unworn condition with merchandise tags attached, in original packaging, and include the packing slip so we can easily identify your order.
You may process returns through our website by generating a FedEx return shipping label. Please click here to start the returns process. Please note $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping fees. Also, once we receive your package, it may take up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
Drop your return package off at an authorized FedEx pick-up location. Click here to find the closest one to you. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit, and only assume responsibility for returns once signed for by our Receiving Department. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If you would prefer to use a carrier other than FedEx, please be sure to send your return using a trackable shipping method and include the packing slip so we can easily identify your order. Please remember to write down your tracking number for reference.
Credit Cards Accepted
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We are unable to accept credit cards issued or billed outside the U.S.
Important Note on Paying with Debit Cards
Debit cards and bank check cards may show a deduction of funds at the time you place an order.

Purnell uses the Personal Data collected on the Purnell website to provide you with the requested services or products. For example, we use the shipping information to ship you the products you ordered and we use the billing and payment information to process the payment for your order. If you request a catalog or email newsletter subscription, we use the Personal Data you submit to mail or email the catalog or newsletter to you.

If Purnell is acquired by or merged into another entity, or if all or a portion of Purnell’s assets are sold or otherwise transferred to another entity, Purnell may disclose Personal Data to that entity.
At times Purnell may make some Personal Data collected for catalog requests, shipping and billing information – not payment information – available to carefully screened companies or organizations whose products and activities might interest our customers.
